Les Mills Pump Workout: Pump and Burn

I didn’t end up going to bed as early as I wanted to because I have been busy trying to catch up on old posts.  I am known to be a procrastinator and that is one thing I really would like to change about myself on top of my health.  I stayed at my best friend’s last night since she had the day off today and we ran a bunch of errands.  When I say a bunch, I mean A LOT.  I thought I did some crazy errands on Monday.  I think she beat me lol.  Hey there to Stacey if she’s reading this : )

I worked out to Pump and Burn when we got back to her place and at the same time she worked out to Slim In 6 in her room.  Talk about committed to the both of us!  No matter where I’m at, I’m making sure I get my workout in for that day and that’s exactly what I did today.  I knew I wasn’t getting home until tonight and I wanted to workout while the sun was still out.  Each day I push harder and harder and I did just that.  I usually modify during the ab portion which is the last track of the workout but I kept up this time.  I felt a little more burn too.  Gotta love it!

I should started doing this in the beginning but I’m going to start ending my posts with this…
