Les Mills Pump Workout: Pump and Burn

Holy productive day!  I went and did what I do best on off days from work…errands galore.  I went to school and got myself registered for the late start classes.  It’s time I get myself through school so I can do something in the health and fitness industry.  I continued on with my day with picking up some groceries and finally a workout to Pump and Burn.  I pushed harder tonight and worked through the squats and bottom halves.  The Rep Effect really kicks in when it burns the most.  In all today was a great way to start off my week.  Oh and by the way, I finally lost 3 pounds since starting this program : )
