Les Mills Pump Workout: Sports Attack
Hello to what I consider my official day off! I ran some errands and made sure I went to the grocery store. I haven’t gotten around to buying fruits, veggies, and anything else I needed to make my meals in a long time. I’m hoping this will help get me back to eating clean. Today’s workout is supposed to be a walking day according to the schedule but I decided to workout to Sports Attack. Sports Attack is 30 minutes long and it’s a HIIT workout based around sports moves. I found it similar to Insanity’s Plyometric Cardio Circuit except it’s not as insane lol. I was still drenched in sweat after it though. It was a nice day off from the weights.
