Insanity Workout: Max Interval Circuit
I woke up this morning and my body is sore! I didn’t think I could feel this sore again. I ‘m probably sore from working on my arms yesterday in the gym and with all of the moving around I did on top of my workout. I even had a little trouble walking at times because my shins and calves were sore. I still love the feeling and it means I’m able to build a bit more muscle.
I spent a good part of my day driving and as much as I want to vent about Chicago traffic, I won’t go too much into it. Okay, well I will a little bit lol. I drove my friend to the airport and the expressway was backed up so far back. The signs said it would take 73 minutes at one point which is insane even for a Friday. I dropped her off and decided to take local streets to work and even that took me an hour and a half. Friday’s are usually bad but I have never seen Chicago traffic that bad ever. I even encountered a little traffic at 11pm while on my way home from work.
Well at work, I did a bunch walking around and going up and down steps again. That combined with warmer temperatures, I’d say I had a pretty good workout at work alone. I got home late from work and did a super late workout to Max Interval Circuit. Soreness and late aside, I got my workout done and I’ll be doing my Fit Test on Sunday. It’s crazy how I went from going out Friday nights to working out lol. Hey, I have to do what I have to do in order to get to my goal weight. I didn’t end my night with my workout though. Immediately after that, I decided to clean a part of my room. I’m not sure what possessed me to do that after a long day and a huge workout. Maybe it’s from staring at my mess each day and finally having enough of it when I looked at it again. Oh well, now it’s much later than I had intended on going to bed so I better get to it!
