Insanity Workout: Max Interval Circuit

Happy Monday!  I hope you all have a great weekend!  Once again, I spent most of my day relaxing but I also got some work done from home.  I didn’t get a chance to get my workout in before my plans tonight.  I’m supposed to do my fourth Fit Test today as well but I think I like having them when I do my Recovery Days.  The Fit Test is like a workout on it’s own and it takes a lot out of me.  I will be doing it on Thursday.

I went to TopGolf with a few friends tonight.  TopGolf is an interactive driving range for those that are not familiar with it.  I wanted to do something different and outdoors and it’s been a couple years since I first visited.  It felt like a good workout with my arms from swinging the golf clubs and trying to hit the golf balls as hard as you can.  Another great way to tone my arms?…I think so!  Once we completed a couple games, I felt a lot more relaxed.  I never knew that a driving range could be a big stress reliever.  It’s definitely going to be a place I go every week…golf therapy haha.

As soon as I got home, I did my workout to Max Interval Circuit.  Of course Insanity is also a big stress reliever.  I think the combination with TopGolf and Insanity is wonderful : )
