Insanity Day 47 – Round 2

Insanity Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs

Welcome to June!  It’s crazy how fast time has flew by.  It feels like I started Insanity not too long ago.  I lost another pound when I weighed this morning.  The most I have lost in a week has been two pounds and this week I have lost three.  The total amount of weight that I have lost so far since I started working out to Insanity and drinking Shakeology is 27 pounds since February 6th.  I have lost a total of 53 pounds since January 2011.  That is a little over a sack of rice!  A sack of rice is 50 pounds and that is pretty heavy.  I want to lose at least another 57 pounds to get to my goal weight.  I’m almost half-way there!

It has been a pretty good day.  It’s been a little over a month since I last played tennis and I played with an old teammate today.  We were lucky enough for the the rain to stop so we can play.  My shots and servers were a lot better than the last time we played and I won the set we played.  Tennis is always a great workout and I need to get back into it again on a regular basis.  If any of you are in the Chicago area and would like to play or learn how to play, I would be more than happy to play or teach you.

After tennis, we had a nice and healthy lunch.  A better addition to it was that it was free because I had a couple coupons.  Can’t be a free and healthy lunch!  I didn’t have enough time in between to get my workout in after lunch and work so it would have to wait until I got home.  Work went very well and that’s a workout on it’s own as usual with all of the walking around I do.  I did my workout to Max Cardio Conditioning along with Cardio Abs.  It was a great workout and I consider it my third workout of the day.
