Insanity Workout: Max Interval Circuit
I am very happy to report that I have lost two more pounds! That makes it 26 pounds total lost since February 6th, 2012. Although it’s a great loss since the last time I reported a loss which was on Friday, I think was mostly due to my lack of appetite over the weekend. Any positive news is great though because it helped me start off what was an amazing day.
I woke up earlier than usual for work so I can be apart of a great cause. Five guys and a goat named Wrigley walked from Mesa, Arizona to Wrigley Field. Their group is called Crack the Curse. They started on February 25th and walked almost 2,000 miles over 95 days to average about 25 miles a day. They are all huge Chicago Cubs fans who want to help break the “curse”. However, the bigger and more important reason they did this was to raise money for cancer research. They planned their final stretch from WGN Studios to Wrigley Field this morning and it is about a two mile walk. I had the honor of walking with them on their final stretch with about 50 other people. Being able to be apart of something so great had made me feel so much better. I went to work following the walk. Work was alright but still fun. After work, I went to my cousin’s place for the rest of the night to help her out with one of her projects. It was late by the time I left her place which meant I had a late workout. I worked out to Max Interval Circuit. It was a hard yet awesome workout as usual. It was a good ending to a better day and the start of hopefully a great week.
