Insanity Day 41 – Round 2

Insanity Workout: Max Interval Plyo

It is always a great feeling to learn something new especially something so motivational.  I spent some time earlier in the day to watch Dani Johnson’s DVD’s.  For those who don’t know who she is, she’s a motivational speaker who helps people succeed in pretty much anything in life from relationships to business.  Anyways, I wasn’t able to finish the whole set but I was able to learn so much from it.  It put a lot of things in perspective and I felt more motivated to improve on my self-development which will in turn improve in different aspects in my life.

After that, I ran errands included grocery shopping.  I looked up a couple healthy Memorial Day recipes and bought all of the ingredients to make them.  I wanted to make sure I am not going to make bad food choices this weekend.  Once I finished, I went over to my friend’s house for the rest of the night.  As soon as I got there, I worked out to Max Interval Plyo.  It was a late workout and I had still felt a little cramping.  Again, I didn’t go as hard as I would’ve liked to.  It’s okay though because at least I got it done.  Off day tomorrow!
