Insanity Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning
I can’t apologize enough for the late entry posts. This delay was a lot longer than the last one as I was five days behind. There is no excuse for not being on top of my posts as it plays a big part of my accountability. As each day passed by, I kept telling myself I would get caught up and by the time I knew it, I was very behind. I will try my best to stay on top of my posts from here on out as it is important for me to keep me motivated and also share my experiences with all of you. Thank you for your patience and for visiting my page.
I weighed myself this morning and I did pay for my poor choices for dinner last night. The gain is temporary and I will get back down to where I was when I first started the week within a day or two. I’m hoping to still lose at least a pound or two by the end of the week. I have only a few days to do so and I can try to reach my goal by making smarter choices and working harder today.
It was back to work for me tonight after having a couple days off. Work went pretty well and it was a fun night. Before I went to work, I prepared my meals for the rest of the day. I probably spent about an hour, maybe two preparing and cooking. Everything was made from scratch and very healthy. I made sure I had a salad ready for dinner as soon as I got home from work. But after work, I decided to go to Jason’s Deli with a co-worker for dinner and do the salad bar. Everything is organic and fresh and that’s why I enjoy going there. I worked out when I got home to Max Cardio Conditioning. It is definitely one of the workouts that I enjoy doing…just because it’s easier than the other two lol.
I made the right choices today so that is a great start already to being in the habit of eating clean. I just need to keep planning out my meals at the start of each day. I might even start calorie counting again to get myself back on track. Either way, today was a step in the right direction.
It’s a lot later than I had expected to get to bed. I wanted to make sure I was up to date with my posts before I went to bed. I won’t say what time it is right now because it’s so bad haha. I’m going to try to get up earlier than I woke up today and get my workout done in the morning. I pushed my Fit Test until tomorrow so that is probably what I will do in the morning and workout to Max Recovery in the afternoon.
