Insanity Workout: Cardio Recovery

I had a wonderful surprise when I woke up today.  By the way, I woke up pretty late lol.  I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds!  That makes it a total of 21 pounds lost since February 6th!  I’m so glad I have broken the 20 pound mark.  It’s crazy to believe that I have lost 21 pounds of fat so far.

Like I said, I woke up late so I did not have time to workout before work.  Yes, I’m failing on getting my workouts done before work so far and going to bed earlier.  Oops! I really need to change that.  Well I’m glad it’s a recovery day at least.  I worked out to Cardio Recovery when I got home and I’m feeling sore from it.  I dug a little deeper with the holds and squats.  It was a great workout and now it’s time for bed!
