Insanity Workout: Cardio Power and Resistance
Happy Monday! Yes Monday’s can be a downer but you have to make the best out of each day. I used to hate Monday’s but I feel like you have a chance to make a great start out of possibly the best week you can ever have. You never know what can happen if you have that positive mentality when you wake up. Take that same positivity each day as well. Before you know it, after having an amazing and very productive week, the weekend has arrived!
I was able to get a lot done from home before work. I was so caught up with everything and by the time I knew it, I had to get ready for work. I didn’t get a chance to workout early like I wanted to. It’s okay though because I worked out as soon as I got home. Doing Month 1 workouts have been so much easier. I know what I’m doing and I have more endurance to get through these workouts. I enjoy dripping in sweat. Why? Because I know I worked my ass off : )
