Insanity Workout: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Yesterday I woke up early but ended up falling back asleep and waking up closer to lunchtime. Today, I was not going to let that happen again lol. I woke up early and throughout my morning I kept thinking myself that it’s already time for me to get ready for work and I don’t have enough time to workout. I’m trying not to do anymore late workouts this time around and so far so good! I got my workout in just in time for me to get ready for work and I didn’t have to rush to get to work which was nice. I pushed as hard as I can during my workout but I have been a little winded during the past couple days. Not sure why; I hope it gets better as the week goes on. Maybe that’s why I didn’t do as well in my Fit Test yesterday. I worked up a great sweat at the end and I still feel that it was an awesome workout.
