Insanity Workout: Max Recovery
I really think today was the most exhausting day I have ever had…at least in a very long time. I have been up since 7:30am and it’s much later than you probably think. I am usually up after midnight so I write a lot of my posts after that. It’s pretty much the time I get to write. For example, it’s supposed to be Day 57 but I’m posting it as Day 56. I still consider it as Day 56 since I haven’t gone to bed yet lol. I can’t technically say what I do for work but I work for two major sports teams in Chicago and it will be three starting next week. I do a lot of yelling and a lot of walking around. And no, I’m not a beer vendor or any other vendor like that. I help raise money for the teams’ charities on game days and I’ll leave it at that. I pulled a double today so I had to go from one team to the other with not a lot of rest in between. It was Opening Day for one team and I wanted to wake up extra early to enjoy everything before I worked. And yes, I probably gave a huge hint in that last sentence.
Because I did not have time to workout in between, I had to wait until I got home. The second game was later than usual which means I got home later than usual. Even though I was so exhausted, I decided to workout to Max Recovery. I’m glad it was an easier workout. For some reason I pushed myself harder than the last time I worked out to Max Recovery. My body probably hates me right now haha. I told myself in the beginning, no excuses. Some people might have told me I’m hurting myself by working out after a long day. However, had enough energy to workout and I probably would’ve stayed up anyways. All I know is that I am definitely going to sleep in tomorrow. I have the whole day off and I’m taking advantage of it. I haven’t weighed myself in a couple days so let’s see if I lost a couple pounds from this crazy and busy day when I wake up tomorrow : )
