Insanity Workout: Max Interval Plyo
Today was a better day than yesterday. However, I woke up early and fell back asleep and I wasn’t able to get my workout in before I worked a special event tonight. I had to have another late workout which is what I really did not want to do. Now if you had read in my previous entry, my workout did not go the way I wanted it to. I was satisfied with how my workout went as it went well and I pushed harder than I did yesterday.
The rest of my week is going to be very busy from here on out. I pretty much have work everyday except for Friday. I’m still trying to adjust to my crazy schedule coming up and figuring things out. But I’m going to get my workout in no matter what. I’m for sure going to try to workout early in the morning so here’s to giving it another shot tomorrow morning!
