Insanity Workout: Max Interval Circuit

I think my days are getting busier and busier and I know I’ll be super busy this summer.  I made sure I worked out before I went to lunch and work today.  Today was Max Interval Circuit.   I’m still sick but I pushed myself as hard as I could.  My cough started to act up throughout the workout so I had to take it easy a few times.  I still had a great workout and I loved how I was able to get my workout done early in the day.

When I think about how much weight I have lost, I forget that I have been building muscle at the same time.  The scale says I lost 17 pounds but it really could be more like 25 or 30.  Well I can’t really tell how much muscle I have gained.  It’s still pretty crazy to think about and I love it : )

One more workout for this week tomorrow and then a rest day!  Have a great weekend!
