Insanity Workout: Fit Test #4 and Max Interval Circuit
Allergies, allergies, allergies! They have been so unbelievably horrible for me today. It makes me feel like I have a small cold and for some reason it’s making me very sleepy. I wanted to get at least my 4th Fit Test completed before work tonight but I ended up taking an unexpected nap in the afternoon. I do a lot of yelling at work and even though I don’t have a sore throat, I felt as if I had one.
All I wanted to do as soon when I got home was to go right to bed. But I still had to do my Fit Test and workout and I was not going to let myself fall asleep without doing so. I started out with the Fit Test. I improved in each move but not by much this time around. I think I went too hard on my last Fit Test so this one was a little harder as I tried to beat my old scores. All that matters is that I improved. At the end of my Fit Test, I felt winded and felt as if I had a cold. I wanted to end it at that but I had Max Interval Circuit left. It was hard getting through that workout but I made it through.
Is it possible for allergies to turn into a cold? Or is it a combination of allergies and me doing too much exercise last Thursday and a busy weekend in the Dells? I can’t tell at this point if it’s allergies that turned into a cold or if my allergies are really that bad. I just don’t want to miss anymore days since I missed 4 days last month. Cold or no cold, the only thing I can do now is take care of myself by getting a good night’s sleep, drinking plenty of fluids, and resting. With that being said, time to get some sleep and I hope that I wake up all better tomorrow.
