Insanity Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs
I’m not sure why but I did not sleep well last night…well mostly in the middle of the night. My body felt so exhausted and I felt restless. When I woke up I felt fine though. I think it had to do with doing too many workouts yesterday. I still feel a little exhausted but I went on with my workouts. Today was Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs. Great workout as usual however my knees feel sore. I noticed half-way through Cardio Abs that my right knee started to hurt and took it a little easier on that knee. I definitely think this is all from doing too much the other day.
I plan on modifying the high impact moves including jumps by stepping for the next couple workouts. I don’t want to injure myself anymore than the minor soreness I’m having now. On the bright side, my jeans are getting looser and looser every time I wear them. I’m trying to hold out on buying any new clothes until I absolutely need to although I’ll probably have to buy a couple new pairs in the next week or so. My shirts are getting looser as well but I think I can hold out a little longer on buying new ones. I actually measured for fun a couple days ago (very quickly and not accurately) and I’d say I have lost about 2 inches from both of my arms and legs, my chest, my waist, and my hips. That makes it 12 inches total I have lost all over my body.
Anyways, I want to add on to what I said about taking it easy during the next couple workouts. Even though tomorrow’s workout is Core Cardio and Balance, I’m going to switch my days and make tomorrow my off day and do the workout on Sunday. Then I’ll be back to the regular schedule on Monday. As much as I don’t want to wander away from the group schedule, I think I might have to give myself the day off since my knees are sore. I want to make sure I’m all better to dig even deeper next week!
