Insanity Workout: Max Interval Plyo
I predicted that I would lose another pound when I weighed this morning but I didn’t. However, I am very close to it. I have been somewhat “off” this past week. I’m still a pretty positive and upbeat person but I have just been a bit stressed. During my workout today, I took it a little easier and all I wanted to do was hurry up and finish. I am only hurting myself if I quit in the middle of a workout. I got through it and finished strong.
I need to work on getting to bed earlier so I can wake up earlier. I want to be able to have breakfast and work out as early as I can in the morning. Obviously it won’t happen tonight because it’s a little late as I’m writing this but I am going to try to get up a little earlier either way tomorrow. Sleep is very important especially when you’re trying to lose weight. Getting enough sleep helps the muscles rest and some studies have shown that losing sleep could affect metabolism by making you feel hungry, even if you’re not. With that being, said it’s time to get some sleep myself. I need to rest up for a busy day tomorrow…play tennis (hopefully, weather permitting), dig deeper even in Max Recovery, and get ready for the first night of my Fit Club!
