Insanity Workout: Max Cardio Conditioning
Week 2 of Month 2 is here! It’s time to push a little bit harder this week. I had a pretty busy day doing some work from home and then I had to run downtown for a bit so I didn’t have the time to do my workout before I left the house. I really wanted to get my workout done during the day like I have been doing for the past week. I prefer doing my workouts during the day because it makes my day better for some reason and I feel happier.
I finally worked out late tonight to Max Cardio Conditioning. For some reason Shaun T was not my favorite person tonight. This is the second time I have done this workout and I forgot how most of the workout went. Just when you think you’re done and you can get a break, you keep on going into a different move for a minute each. At the end especially, I thought we were going to go into the Cool Down Stretch we had one last move. As much as I wanted to take it easier since I was feeling exhausted, I kept going and finished strong.
I haven’t done any additional exercise since I started my Insanity Challenge but I am extremely excited to play tennis tomorrow with a former teammate during my Freshman year in college. My sport of choice is tennis and I absolutely love the game. Believe it or not I was one of the fastest girls on the court, if not the fastest, even at my weight. My footwork was pretty good. It’s been a couple years since I played tennis and I’m hoping to play again on a daily basis. I used to play at least 4 hours a day, 5 days a week at the very least. Let’s see how my fitness level is on the court. I’m sure I might be faster when I used to play all the time : )
