Insanity Workout: Max Interval Circuit
To start this post off, I have some fun news to share. Today Carl Daikeler, the CEO of Beachbody, followed me on Twitter and then replied one my Tweets to him. It’s not an everyday thing for that to happen lol. To me, it shows how much this company really cares about reaching out and helping people. I’ve gone through all of the Max workouts and now it’s time to come back to Max Interval Circuit. I’ll be honest, I was a bit lazy today and procrastinating to get my workout done. I knew I would be getting home a little later because I had to work so I needed to get it done before I went to work. I think I improved a little in Max Interval Circuit. I didn’t feel as winded or as tired the first time I went through the workout in it’s entirety but it was still pretty tiring. I kept telling myself at times to “Focus and go” and that I can do it. Once again, these Month 2 workouts are more mental than physical.
