Insanity Workout: Max Interval Plyo
It’s official, I think Shaun T is “insane” himself. Haha just playing but seriously he took these Month 2 workouts to a whole new level…maybe even two levels. Month 1 makes you feel like a pro by the end of it, but Month 2 makes you feel like a newbie all over again. I am sore once again from doing the workout from yesterday. It amazes be that these workouts can do that. I personally think today’s workout, which is Max Interval Plyo, is the hardest workout of the entire program. Well so far since there are still three workouts I haven’t done yet.
I’m very glad I did my workout during the day instead of later at night. I need to keep doing them during the day because they make me feel good throughout the day. Anyways, Max Interval Plyo was surely something else. When he demonstrated some of the new moves I thought to myself, really? But I worked through them and modified when I needed to especially any push-up moves and jumps. There were so many push-up moves that were tough. At the end, I felt like I took a shower…in sweat! It was such a great feeling to finish it though.
Tomorrow’s workout is Max Cardio Conditioning. Lets see how it goes!
