Insanity Day 29

Insanity Workout: Core Cardio and Balance
Additional Workout: P90X – Ab Ripper X

I have a pretty exciting announcement (to me at least lol) that I will be posting in a separate blog entry.  I will post it sometime tomorrow.  I have been a little behind with wanting to post about the way I eat and my personal review on ZipFizz.  It’s been a busy week so I will try to have it done within the next few days or possibly by Sunday since it will be a rest day.

Guess what?  I lost another pound when I weighed myself this morning.  I’ve lost 2 pounds so far with a total of 12 pounds lost since February 6th!  That’s at least 2 pounds a week that I’m losing and it’s such a great feeling.  Eating healthy and working out to Insanity as definitely made me feel good.  I went over to my Beachbody Coach’s house for a workout.  We started out with P90X Ab Ripper X and then Core Cardio and Recovery.  It was a great workout and I felt as if I was motivated to pushed harder because I was working out with someone.  I was dripping in sweat and as usual, I felt very accomplished afterwards.  Tomorrow is our final day for Recovery Week and Core Cardio and Balance.  Then next week brings Month 2 and Max workouts.  I’m ready to take it to the next level and I’m up for the challenge : )

All of us will “Spring Forward” early Sunday.  Don’t forget to turn your clocks one hour ahead beginning at 2:00am on Sunday!  Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

  1. Hello Xtinec,
    Neat Post, I really want to do the insanity workout, but I am unfit. If I do a workout and stop when I am reaching my limits will I still see results? Or has anyone that was quite unfit successfully completed the workouts?
