Insanity Workout: Core Cardio and Balance
It’s almost been a week since I lost weight. I weighed myself this morning and I lost another pound. That makes it 11 pounds total that I have lost since February 6th! My Mom and my friend Stacey have noticed that I have lost a little in my stomach area. When I took my 30 day pictures the other day, I had noticed a difference as well. I have lost a little in my arms and legs too so overall I have lost a few inches.
It was a busy day for me and I wished had gotten up earlier than I did so I can get my workout in. I ended up having to do my workout pretty late. I was determined to get it done no matter how late it was. I need to get myself to bed earlier so I can get up earlier or just learn to get myself up when my alarm goes off the first time. I don’t even want to say how many times I pressed snooze on my phone today lol. Even though Core Cardio and Balance is easier than the other workouts, I took a few less breaks than yesterday. My breathing has gotten better and I pushed a little harder. I have improved again with the Hip Flexor Burners and Shoulder Burners. I get stronger as each day passes with each workout I complete.
I have another busy, yet earlier day tomorrow and I better get myself in bed right after I finish with this post. I want to try to workout before I run around so I don’t have to do another late workout tomorrow night. Before I do so, I want to again thank those who have been keeping up with my blog and my progress. It means a lot to be able to be able to inspire others already to try to get to their own weight loss goals. Remember, you can do anything you want to do if you set your mind to it. Once you do that, you’re capable of accomplishing anything and there are no limits to what yo can accomplish.
