Insanity Workout: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
What a long day! I had to get up super early this morning for a day trip and I ended up only getting less than 4 hours of sleep. Even though I was super exhausted and all I wanted to do was nap when I got home, I did my workout to Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I was getting my workout done no matter what. Once again I took it a little easy and made sure I worked on my breathing. My body just felt so exhausted and it was still sore from doing Max Interval Circuit and P90X Ab Ripper X from Wednesday. In a way my body was sort of getting “punished” from not taking the scheduled day off on Sunday. For anyone else just starting Insanity, I recommend taking your scheduled days off to recover especially since this workout is very intense. Anyways after my workout, I finally drank my daily dose of Shakeology and it felt like I gained more energy. I also realized as of today, we have completed Month 1 of our Insanity Challenge! I’m very excited for a much needed day off tomorrow and our recovery week next week. After that starts the highly intense Month 2 with Max workouts!
