Insanity Workout: Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs
Another day, another workout completed! Or in this case two workouts completed. I literally just finished Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs and I worked out later than I wanted to. I took it a little easier today because I was worried my jaw would start hurting again. I’m not sure if I was paranoid or whatever, but it felt like it was a little sore. I made sure I kept breathing and taking deep breaths during breaks. My whole body is still sore from doing Max Interval Circuit a couple days ago especially my abs. I guess it’s a good sign that I’m sore. It means my body is improving and I’m building more muscle so I can get stronger. Well it’s time I put myself to bed. I have to get up super early tomorrow. Once again I would like to take the time to thank everyone for all of the support and feedback I have received so far from my blog and my journey. I know it’s the second time this week that I am thanking all of you but I had the most views on this website so far yesterday. I truly appreciate the tremendous support as it helps keep me motivated, on track, and helps me push myself harder. I’m hoping my efforts have helped others in their own goals. Even being able to inspire just one person means a lot to me.
