Insanity Workout: Fit Test #2
Another long day in the books! It was an earlier start time at work and I went to breakfast with a co-worker beforehand so I had to get my Fit Test done tonight. I try to get my workout in during the day because I just like working out when the sun is still out. I think I feel as if I have more energy. I completed my Fit Test and some moves improved big time and some improved by a few. Either way I improved in all 8 moves. I find that the upper body moves are harder since I have a lot of body weight at the moment. (Do you like how I said “at the moment”? I know I do lol.) I posted my results below with only the number I increased by. They’re not bad for missing 4 days.
I was going to do Cardio Abs right after the test but I felt light-headed and I decided not to do it. There are two workouts scheduled for tomorrow including Cardio Abs so I want to be able to get through both just fine. I don’t want to relapse into another cold. It will be an easier day tomorrow work and errand-wise and I plan on getting those workouts done before anything else.
Fit Test #2 Results (Numbers are not actual reps, only improvements):
1. Switch Kicks = 16
2. Power Jacks= 11
3. Power Knees = 32
4. Power Jumps = 11
5. Globe Jumps= 3
6. Suicide Jumps = 4
7. Push-Up Jacks = 4
8. Low Plank Oblique = 12
