Insanity Workout: Pure Cardio
What a long day! Even though I’m writing this very late (aka Saturday early AM), I wanted to get this entry in before I went to bed. I kind of dread doing Pure Cardio when it’s on the schedule but I know once I get through it each time, it will make me go faster and get stronger next time around. I’m sure next month’s workouts will be a lot harder. I was able to get my workout in before I went to my friends’ wedding today. It was a very beautiful wedding by the way. I pushed myself a little harder today since I’m closer to being 100%. I was able to work through it better than the first time I did Pure Cardio. As usual I worked up a great sweat.
I went to my friends’ wedding and I knew it wouldn’t be the foods I have been eating for the past couple of weeks. However, I did eat very healthy before dinner. I enjoyed myself a little bit at the wedding reception but I did not get out of control. It’s good to enjoy yourself once in a while or else you’ll get such a bad craving for something and you’ll totally binge. I have learned that from personal experience. I’m pretty sure that is why I was very off and on last year. But it’s back to eating healthy tomorrow.
