Cold Update

Hello readers!  Well it’s been a couple days since I started taking my antibiotics and my ears are still very much clogged.  However, I do feel like I am improving a little each day.  I’m still unsure of when I am able to get back to working out but I’m hoping to be able by Friday.  It all depends if I still have chest congestion by then.  I have been keeping up with the nutrition and I have actually lost an additional 2 pounds since Monday making it a total of 6 pounds lost since the start of the challenge.  I think my metabolism is starting to work faster because I have been eating at least 5 times a day.  I have already stopped being strict on calorie counting.  I will count my meals at times when I feel as if I am going to eat too much in one meal.

I’m going to try to do a little ab workouts using either my TorsoBall or doing some of the workouts from Insanity Cardio Abs.  With all of the laying around and naps I have taken the past few days, I feel as I need to do a some sort of light exercise even if it’s just for a few minutes.
