Insanity Workout: Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs
I woke up feeling a little bit more sick today. As much as I wanted to take another day to rest, I know I needed to get my workout in. I did a little research on working out when you’re sick and if you have a head cold (which I do have) it’s okay to do so but take it easy. Today was Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs today so I’m glad it was an easier workout. I did what I could and actually did pretty well and I for some reason felt a little better.
Use your right elbow to reach your left knee. At the same time lift your left knee up towards your chest. As soon as you do this, alternate to the other side. Do this repeatedly with out your legs touching the ground. This exercise works each and every area of the abs which includes the sides and love-handles. This physical exercise is wonderful to get going within the correct direction.
