Day 58

I have been amazed once again with body.  I have lost another pound bringing it to a total of 35 pounds lost with 73 pounds left to go.  I didn’t eat right over the weekend and I haven’t worked out as much.  It’s been a little over a week since I had lost weight and one pound isn’t good enough for me.  I need to snap out of this “funk”.  I guess I need to remember to take it one pound at a time and that losing 35 pounds in 58 days is still a great accomplishment.

I went over a little bit of my calorie goal for the day but I had done a little bit of walking around today. 

Goal = 1400
Food = 1581
Exercise = 230
Net = 1351
Remaining = 49

Day 58 down, 307 days to go

    You rock. Keep up the good work and let’s get you back in here. The last picture blew me away; you really are serious about this and I love the energy. I did it and am digging your energy.

  3. Remember the key to losing serious weight is to develop lean muscle mass. Walk into a gym and look at all the overweight people on treadmills than walk over to the weight room and if you see a women using dumbells or pumping iron you’ll see lean muscle mass. Torsoball will give the same FX just need to stick with it. You’re rocking the house but developing muscle will take you the next level. Keep it rocking.
