Day 46

Hello to my new readers out there and welcome back to my current readers!  I hope you all have been enjoying my blog so far.  I also hope that I might have inspired at least one person to go for their goals or even start eating healthier and/or working out.  If anyone would like to contact me with any questions or comments, feel free to email me @

It still amazes me that I lost weight without working out as much and eating not as healthy.  Of course I don’t recommend doing that because that won’t happen all the time and varies from person to person.  My metabolism has finally kicked in and it’s pretty exciting.  I ate very good today but I wasn’t able to work out.  Let’s see if my body’s ready for it tomorrow.

Exercise = 0

Remaining = 18
