Day 44

I apologize for my not so positive entries during the last few days.  It has not been a good week and a half.  I allowed myself to let go of my diet a bit and didn’t really exercise.  I haven’t lost any weight since February 9th but I haven’t gained any weight either.  I focused too much on other things rather than myself and I lost focus on my goal.  It all stops the moment I wake up tomorrow.

I ate a good breakfast and had my last “bad” meal tonight.  I can’t get myself used to eating bad because it makes me feel bad.  I’m not setting a good example to those who are trying to reach for their goals as well. 

No more excuses.

Goal = 1400
Food = N/A
Exercise = 0
Net = N/A
Remaining = N/A 

Day 44 down, 321 days to go
28 pounds lost since 1/3/2011

  1. Get back on track. Your body is in fat burning mode and you don’t want that to reverse.

    Keep it up you’re on a roll…no pun intended.
