Day 39

I know I have been a little off the past few days.  I’m still keeping my head high and trying to stay positive about things.  That’s all you can really do.  Everything happens for a reason and you learn from your mistakes.  In the end, it makes you stronger.  “You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have.”

My diet was better today and I ate enough and drank enough water.  I wasn’t able to do my work out on the TorsoBall but I did work out at Planet Fitness.  I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and in the middle of doing HIIT, I had to stop.  I think my lack of working out as of late has made me a little lazy.  I’m not letting that get to me and I’m going to keep on going.

Food = 1374
Exercise = 546
Net = 828
Remaining =  572
