Day 36

I woke up this morning feeling bad about what I ate at the Super Bowl party I went to last night.  I know I shouldn’t have eaten it but I just needed to enjoy a bit since I’ve been eating so healthy for a little over a month.  I weighed myself and I didn’t lose a pound since I weighed on Thursday.  That was a given considering I didn’t work out since Friday.  On the bright side, I didn’t gain a pound from eating yesterday!

I went back to doing my stretching and work out on the TorsoBall at home.  I went to dinner at Sweet Tomatoes with a couple of friends and I ate to the point where I was just under my calorie intake for the day.  It took a lot of discipline considering all of the food is right there for the taking.  As the night went on, I still felt very tired for some reason and I wasn’t able to make it to the gym.  I think I’m still catching up on sleep with my CPAP.  Time to get back in the swing of things tomorrow!
