Day 15

I felt a lot better today and ate a little more to get as close to my calorie goal for the day.  I am so glad I am getting used to eating smaller portions now.  I don’t get as hungry and I don’t get the feeling of withdrawal from food unlike before.

I wasn’t able to get to the gym after doing my workout program at home because the roads were kind of bad due to the winter storm.  It’s probably not as bad as other storms but I still have yet to get new brake pads.  Either way I was still able to get a great workout in with my Wii Fit Plus. 

It’s been 2 weeks since I started up again and I have lost 15 pounds so far.  I lost another pound since my last weigh in which was yesterday morning.  I think all of my water weight is gone by now and it’s fat that I’m finally losing.

Goal = 1400
Food = 1456
Exercise = 523
Net = 933
Remaining = 467
