I took it easy over the weekend because I was in Madison so I didn’t see a lot of results from Friday through Monday. I didn’t work out Friday or Sunday. I only worked out on Saturday for 20 minutes on the elliptical. I worked out Monday and last night and I have lost another 2 pounds since my last weigh in yesterday morning. I know it’s bad to lose too might weight too fast but I’m trying not to lose so much.
I worked downtown today and had to drive instead of taking the train like I normally do. But since I drove, I decided to stop at Best Buy and get a Wii Fit Plus. I did research on the different Wii workout games and the reviews on Wii Fit Plus were very good. I’m always looking to add to my routine so that’s why I got it. I still plan on also getting The Biggest Loser Challenge and Wii Active 2.
I set everything up and tried out a few of the exercises. So far I have found out that my balance is horrible lol. The game keeps track of how much time you spent doing the exercises. For the 33 minutes I spend, I lost 141 calories from just trying it out. Who says you can’t lose weight and have fun from a video game. Right after doing that, I spent 5 minutes doing the workout for my stomach. I really want to go to the gym right now but it’s pretty late. At least I got a little exercise in. Thank you Wii Fit haha.
