Day 8

Another day of not working out again.  All I felt like doing was sitting around and doing nothing since I ran around so much last week.  I told myself I would get back on track but I have had so many things running though my mind the past week.  I’ve hit a few bumps already and I can’t let this happen again.  I need to get myself more positive and give more of a positive feel to this blog as well.  Sorry to those who have been reading lately.  Tomorrow is another new day and I promise I will get myself back on track!

*All meals below were accompanied with water*

Breakfast:
2 Boiled Eggs
2 Scrambled Egg Whites

Lunch:
Protein Shake

Dinner:
Broccoli
Steak

  1. Great job Christine! Don’t let your off days discourage you. You’ve already lost weight and have been making some positive changes in your life. Like you said…one pound at a time! Keep your head up…have an awesome week!

  2. Keep this going. I think it will help push you. Stick to the diet and if you’re feeling down at all carb up a little more with berry fruits and any green vegitable. Stay off the breads, potatoes, sweats and really anything that seems bad for you. Work out on an empty stomach or before eating and do cardio after strength. We’ve only got three more weeks till camera time and I want you to feel good about what your doing.
