Day 7

I know I need to get myself back on track.  This new job I took on stressed me out and I couldn’t concentrate on other things.  At least I’m done with that.  I haven’t been able to workout since Tuesday night.  I’ve been alright with my diet minus the mozzarella sticks on Friday night and I haven’t been eating enough the past few days.  I also had some bread with dinner and a hot dog but I didn’t go all out with it.  A new week starts tomorrow and I’m going to get my workout in and stick to my diet.

*All meals below were accompanied with water*

Breakfast:
2 Boiled Eggs
2 Scrambled Egg Whites

Lunch:
Hot Dog

Dinner:
Cesar Salad
Bread
