Day 3

What a very long day I had today.  I wasn’t able to work out because I didn’t have the time.  Good thing is I only have to do this workout at least 5 days a week for an hour.  Personally I’m going to try to do it everyday and keep pushing myself to do more as I get more in shape.  The soreness feels a little bit the same as yesterday.  I feel like I have lost a little weight though.

*All meals below were accompanied with water*

Breakfast:
2 Boiled Eggs
2 Scrambled Egg Whites

Lunch:
Stir-Fry with Chicken (Ate only half)

Snack:
Ate rest of Stir-Fry

Snack:
Protein Shake

Dinner:
Hamburger Patty
Steamed Green Beans

The withdrawal was not as bad as the past couple of days.  I had a bad craving tonight and I almost slipped up.  I had this really big urge to eat some dessert but I was able to control myself.  I think it’s getting easier for me to eat smaller portions and eating healthier.

I’m thinking I might try the diet I did a month before I went to the National Championships in tennis when I was on the Women’s Tennis Team my freshman year in college.  This was when I was 19 and I’ll be turning 26 in a couple days.  I ate healthier and smaller portions along with lots of water and juice.  I completely cut out pop.  I also played tennis everyday for at least 4 to 5 hours a day.  If I can work out a lot and eat right, that’s another thing to try.
