Day 8

Another day of not working out again.  All I felt like doing was sitting around and doing nothing since I ran around so much last week.  I told myself I would get back on track but I have had so many things running though my mind the past week.  I’ve hit a few bumps already and I can’t let this happen again.  I need to get myself more positive and give more of a positive feel to this blog as well.  Sorry to those who have been reading lately.  Tomorrow is another new day and I promise I will get myself back on track!

Day 7

I know I need to get myself back on track.  This new job I took on stressed me out and I couldn’t concentrate on other things.  At least I’m done with that.  I haven’t been able to workout since Tuesday night.  I’ve been alright with my diet minus the mozzarella sticks on Friday night and I haven’t been eating enough the past few days.  I also had some bread with dinner and a hot dog but I didn’t go all out with it.  A new week starts tomorrow and I’m going to get my workout in and stick to my diet.

Day 6

Continuing from my previous post, I talked about re-evaluating my situation with my new job.  As soon as I got home from my Birthday celebration, I emailed my manager about how I felt and that I am quitting.  I’m still waiting on a response from her.

Again today, I was not able to do my workout.  I wasn’t able to eat much either.   Since I went out for my Birthday and I needed something because I was drinking, I had a few mozzarella sticks.  I don’t think I’ll be able to workout until Monday now.

Day 5

Happy 26th Birthday to me!

After posting Day 4 the other night, I had to stop and do a visit.  I went to the wrong location after submitting my paperwork lol.  I quickly did that and then went out for a bit for my Birthday.  It’s been tradition since I turned 21 to do a shot at midnight.  I wasn’t going to let my stress-filled day make me miss it.

I was unable to get my workout in before working a very very long day at both jobs.  I felt like I was unable to do anything today.  I definitely didn’t eat right but at least I was able to drink enough water.  These past couple of days have been so stressful that I couldn’t think straight and I feel like it was playing with my health.  I can’t even think straight right now as I write this.  I feel like I was thrown into this new job.  I got it on Tuesday and that night I was asked to complete 2 assignments.  I took on more than I should have with very little training.  I’m expected to finish everything by today but it’s not going to happen.  One store alone took more 4 hours and it’s supposed to only take 2 hours.  It’s time to re-evaluate this job and get back on track with losing this weight.  I need to start getting a positive feeling back up on this blog as well.

I’m just glad I’m done with work for the day.  Time to get ready and go out for my Birthday party!  I need to at least have some fun today.

Day 4

What a very stressful day!  I had an interview that last for an hour and a half and I did so much running around for most of the day trying to get work done for my new job.  All I kept thinking about was how I won’t finish my assignments for the week since it’s all due tomorrow.  I pretty much got thrown into it right away with barely any training.  Because I didn’t have time to do anything, I didn’t eat much.  On top of it all I wasn’t able to get my workout in yet again.  I have to try to get most of my assignments done by tomorrow but I’m for sure going to get up extra early to get my workout in.  On my Birthday might I add…

On the upside I weighed myself because like I said in yesterday’s post, I feel like I have lost a little weight already.  I was very curious so I weighed myself first thing when I woke up.  I lost 6 pounds since Monday!  I’m very amazed at how fast I lost it.  This is only going to push me more and get me motivated.

I’m going to be having a very long day tomorrow since I have to wake up early to workout and finish my visits.  After my visits, I have to go to my other job and from there I have to go home and quickly get ready for my Birthday party.  I’ll probably have to wake up early again on Saturday and I have a good feeling I am going to be VERY hungover haha.  I’ll barely get any sleep but hey, I’ll make the best out of it and enjoy my 26th Birthday the best I can : )

Day 3

What a very long day I had today.  I wasn’t able to work out because I didn’t have the time.  Good thing is I only have to do this workout at least 5 days a week for an hour.  Personally I’m going to try to do it everyday and keep pushing myself to do more as I get more in shape.  The soreness feels a little bit the same as yesterday.  I feel like I have lost a little weight though.

The withdrawal was not as bad as the past couple of days.  I had a bad craving tonight and I almost slipped up.  I had this really big urge to eat some dessert but I was able to control myself.  I think it’s getting easier for me to eat smaller portions and eating healthier.

I’m thinking I might try the diet I did a month before I went to the National Championships in tennis when I was on the Women’s Tennis Team my freshman year in college.  This was when I was 19 and I’ll be turning 26 in a couple days.  I ate healthier and smaller portions along with lots of water and juice.  I completely cut out pop.  I also played tennis everyday for at least 4 to 5 hours a day.  If I can work out a lot and eat right, that’s another thing to try.
