Day 2

Yeah, I’m a little sore today.  I bet I’ll be more sore tomorrow though.  I need to get myself to work out in the morning instead of in the afternoon or late at night.  I just finished my workout since I kind of had a busy day.  I got a new part-time job as a merchandiser today and I unexpectedly ended up having to cover a couple stores tonight.  It seems like I’ll probably end up working out as soon as I get home from work tomorrow night.  I have to wake up early to cover a few stores for the new job and then work at Rosetta Stone downtown.

*All meals below were accompanied with water*

Breakfast:
2 Boiled Eggs
2 Scrambled Egg Whites

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken Breast
Steamed Vegetables

Snack:
Protein Shake

Snack:
Protein Shake

Dinner:
Hamburger Patty
Steamed Vegetables

I still have the feeling of withdrawal all day.  I just looked it up and one website said it’s similar to any other addiction.  I can’t wait to get over it and hopefully I’ll get over it within the next couple of days.  Time to finally eat dinner.

  1. try “Full Bars” I had a really big problem with portion size and still being hungry when I was trying to diet, and these helped A LOT! You can find them at lifetime fitness and I’m sure at like Target or whereever, they arent very expensive. They are very delicious and keep you full for a long time and help with any sweet or chocolate craving you might have.
